Capturing the Board and Blocks
The most common issues with Capture are permissions and lighting. Make sure you have given the app permission to access the device's camera. If you denied the app access to the device camera, you can delete the app and reinstall to fix this. Capture is not available on the Web version of the app. If the camera isn't capturing the board or the colors correctly, please experiment with your lighting. Non-reflective surfaces and natural lighting work best. For more capture tips, check out https://www.bloxels.com/tutorials/how-to-capture-a-bloxels-board
Publishing and Moderation
Once a student publishes a game to the Arcade, it can take up to 24 hours for Bloxels moderation to approve it for release. You can check on a game’s moderation status under the Arcade tab in the Hub. At any time you can also remove a game from the Arcade. If you have an urgent issue with moderation please reach out to us with the form below.
